Our flexible building concept lets us deliver a great housing product more rationally. We specialize in turning ambitious projects into reality. We constantly look for ways to reduce environmental impact – both during construction and in operations – and together with our partners we refine our concepts and methods to achieve better outcomes.
How We Manage
Well-maintained buildings, high service, and local presence
We manage with high service and present, on-site teams to create well-kept, enjoyable neighborhoods. The buildings are designed to require as little energy as possible and to support greener everyday living. We sign sustainable lease agreements with residents – a joint commitment to reduce climate and environmental impact and to promote green mobility, biodiversity, and social measures that enhance safety and participation.
Our Method for Sustainable Urban Development
Project Development
Every time we build, the city changes. Local ecosystems and residents are affected by where and how we build. That’s why we don’t just put up buildings – we care for, improve, and manage entire areas. In the planning phase of every project we use Stadsutvecklingsstegen (our Urban Development Steps) to design sustainable living environments – our in-house method grounded in the UN SDGs.
