For example, we have a proven concept for energy-efficient buildings that also lower housing costs. Another example is our optimization project that reduces the thickness of certain concrete walls by ~10% to cut concrete consumption and transport emissions.
A researcher in the Mistra Carbon Exit program analyzed one of our projects in Kista 2024. The result showed the project’s carbon footprint was 36% lower than comparable projects using prefabricated frames.

Our tried-and-tested building approach uses low thermal bridges, tight air-sealing, and a robust building envelope. By recovering up to 90% of ventilation heat, residents themselves contribute significantly to heating. Low energy use makes this an economically sustainable solution that reduces operating costs and environmental impact throughout the building’s life cycle.
