ByggVesta is selling the Orion 1 property in central Södertälje to Telge Bostäder. The transaction is in line with our long-term strategy for our property portfolio.
Orion 1 was completed in 2020 and comprises 67 rental apartments as well as commercial premises on the ground floor. The seven-storey building is located at Orionkullen, in a neighbourhood with deep historical roots that in recent years has been developed as part of the central urban area surrounding Maren and the Södertälje Canal.
The transaction is being carried out as a corporate acquisition, whereby Telge Bostäder will take over the limited liability company (Grön Bostad Maren AB) that owns the Orion 1 property. Closing is scheduled for 1 October 2026.
