At Rinkebyterrassen we have six rental buildings that check most boxes. The popular area mixes different forms of tenure to create an inclusive place for everyone, and we’ve put extra emphasis on safety by safety-certifying all our buildings. Together, the houses frame a fantastic courtyard with patios and beautiful views over Järvafältet. The metro is close by and the bus stop is around the corner.

Facing Hjulstavägen, Yalla Rinkeby runs its training and catering operation in a large ground-floor space. The company is the result of a social-sustainability initiative where ByggVesta acted as a catalyst. Read more about Yalla Rinkeby on their website – there you can also book study visits and order their excellent catering. Every order supports women’s entrepreneurship in the local community. Another unit in the block houses a grocery store.

Most apartments have a balcony or patio. All homes are space-efficient with modern finishes and light walls.

The property has two stand-alone garages that also function as sound barriers toward the E18. Next to the garages you’ll find recycling rooms. Prefer biking? Several of our buildings provide indoor bike rooms equipped with a workbench and air pump.

Extending the Rinkebystråket pedestrian route, the courtyard facing Järvafältet features a lovely viewpoint and ramps that lead down to the fields. The courtyard includes plantings, playgrounds, communal seating, and a lawn for socializing and play.

About the Courtyard

Designed by URBIO landscape architects, the courtyard carefully coordinates with the buildings through lighting and a palette of materials and colors – lush plantings, timber, and natural stone in shades of gray. There are playgrounds, picnic tables, and a lawn for gathering and play. You’ll also find several stone sculptures by artist Marco Cueva, a project awarded Stockholm Konst’s Project of the Year 2017.

A vibrant, multicultural district in northern Stockholm. Plenty of restaurants and shops; a new pedestrian route over E18 makes it easy to reach Järvafältet and its nature.

The residential area connects to Rinkebystråket, offering shopping and culinary experiences from around the world. The route continues through Rinkebyterrassen’s inner courtyard and out to a viewpoint with sweeping views of Järvafältet. Living close to the fields means access to scenic walking routes, running trails, and bike paths. On the far side of Järvafältet lies Kista, just 700 meters from Rinkebyterrassen.

Transit & Connections

From Rinkebyterrassen you’re close to both the metro and bus, and you can be in central Stockholm in under 20 minutes. To Kista – one of the world’s leading ICT clusters – you can easily bike across Järvafältet. Bromma Airport is about 30 minutes away by public transport and 10 minutes by car.

Schools & Preschools

Rinkeby adjoins the green expanse of Järvafältet. Many associations are active in the area – both cultural/ethnic and sports clubs. Rinkebyskolan offers a full range of after-school activities, as does Ungdomens Hus (Youth House). At Eggeby Gård on Järvafältet, the City of Stockholm operates an outdoor swimming facility with two 25-meter pools, a teaching pool, and a splash pool for small children – plus large lawns for sunbathing and picnics and areas for grilling.
