Just south of central Stockholm, ByggVesta plans to develop 200 modern condominiums at Östbergahöjden, an area poised for transformation. The neighborhood will soon gain its own metro station and is located next to Årstafältet, one of Stockholm’s major urban development zones. This project combines city proximity with nature. Residents will enjoy panoramic views, surrounded by pine forests, rocky landscapes, and open green spaces.

The Architects View on the Project

The buildings are designed to harmonize with the site’s steep terrain, divided into three volumes with varying heights to reflect the natural topography and create a dynamic skyline. Between the structures, a green and sheltered courtyard opens toward the forest to the west, forming a safe and tranquil space for residents.
