Korpen

Charming location near Möllevången and Triangeln shopping center

Korpen is a beautiful historic property built in 1930, located at the corner of Friisgatan and Norra Skolgatan in Malmö. Designed by architect August Lindvall, the building was originally commissioned by C.H. Richters Fabriker, and you can still see “Hermanshus 1930” engraved on the corner façade.

The property features a mix of one-, two-, and three-room apartments of varying sizes, all characterized by bright interiors, high ceilings, and elegant period details such as stucco ornamentation. The ground floor houses several shops and a cozy restaurant, adding life and convenience for residents.

Korpen enjoys an ideal city location with immediate access to Triangeln Station, Triangeln Shopping Center, and Möllevången’s vibrant mix of cafés, restaurants, boutique stores, and its well-known open-air market. Folkets Park — the world’s oldest public park — is only two blocks away and hosts events year-round for both children and adults.

Over the years, Friisgatan has transformed from a quiet side street into one of Malmö’s most popular meeting spots, lined with restaurants, cafés, and small shops. From nearby Triangeln Station, residents have excellent public transport connections by both train and bus to Lund, Hyllie, and Copenhagen.

The property is managed by ByggVesta on behalf of its owner, Granit bostad.
