We’re proud to share that ByggVesta has been granted a land reservation in the exciting area east of Hyllievångsparken in Malmö!
Together with our partners – Kaminsky Arkitektur and Sydväst Arkitektur och Landskap – we’ve worked hard on a proposal that not only prioritizes high-quality architecture, but also climate transition and social sustainability. The municipality’s positive response is a major milestone for us.
Over the next six months, we’ll continue developing the proposal with the aim of securing a land-allocation agreement. Being one of nine developers to receive a reservation is an honor and underscores our commitment to building sustainable, welcoming residential environments.
Hyllie is one of Malmö’s largest expansion areas, centrally located in the Öresund region. The zone east of Hyllievångsparken encompasses four residential blocks, two office sites, a preschool, a mobility/parking facility, public streets, and a new square.
