We have roughly 1,600 student apartments in Linköping and Stockholm.
To get a student apartment, you need to be in our queue. We don’t require a minimum income, but you must be a PhD candidate or enrolled student and complete at least 15 credits per semester.
You keep your queue points while living in a student apartment with us. Many residents choose to stay with ByggVesta after graduation – which we think benefits everyone.
Live to Grow
Your friend is in the building
With our Live to Grow concept, we put strong emphasis on safety and community. In every area, we have area managers/student community coordinators who also live in the building, serving as a close link between us and the residents.
To strengthen community, we create settings for spontaneous meet-ups. It’s easier to get to know your neighbors in study rooms, lounges, and gyms, and at events posted in our app. Live to Grow offers real apartments with a high standard – no corridor living – and you share only as much as you want.

Two friends wanting to live together? Perfect. Our friends’ apartments (kompislägenhet) have a shared kitchen and bathroom with separate bedrooms – a three-room layout designed for roommates.
Close to both campus and nature
Research shows that students who live close to campus, greenery, and urban amenities perform better. From our buildings it’s easy to reach campus, public transit, and parks. Bike to class or take a quick study break in the park.
