Whichever apartment type you choose, it’s easy, safe, and convenient to live more sustainably day to day. You’ll be close to transit, have access to bike rooms and often car sharing, convenient recycling, and often features for sharing items and social get-togethers. Our buildings are designed to be highly energy efficient, and you stay in control of your electricity, heating, and hot water use.

Our lush courtyards often feature insect habitats and other details that promote biodiversity. And sometimes – we host a party there!

For residents under 25. Exact age limits vary by area, but you can always sign a lease from the day you turn 18 through the year you turn 25. Rental requirements are a bit lower if you qualify for youth housing: your monthly gross income must equal at least twice the rent. If you have a co-applicant, their income counts too.

For kompislägenheter (3-room roommate units), only one person is on the lease, but we reserve the right to request the lodger agreement you sign with your roommate. We want these apartments to benefit as many young people as possible!

You’re free to stay in youth apartment as long as you like, but we imagine you might apply for a new home with us as you get older – so you keep your queue points while living in a youth apartment.
