ByggVesta develops homes that contribute to a better, more sustainable society. We’re a knowledge-driven organization with engaged employees who always push progress forward. Since the early 2000s, we’ve developed sustainable residential properties for our own management and invested in local neighborhoods through integration and safety-enhancing initiatives. Today, ByggVesta manages around 4,000 rental apartments at attractive addresses in Sweden’s major cities.

ByggVesta specializes in space-efficient, affordable, and sustainable properties. We build in locations close to public transit and target everyone with a normal income who doesn’t want, or can’t afford, to tie up capital in home ownership. With an innovative approach, we take holistic responsibility for long-term, inclusive urban development.

We focus on social value, care, and long-term perspective. That means creating value for more people; caring about our residents, colleagues, partners, and the wider world; and learning from experience while trying new ideas to deliver sustainable results. We don’t just talk – we act.

ByggVesta is 100% owned by Stellar ByggVesta Partners LLC through its subsidiary Bansvik Holding AB. Stellar ByggVesta Partners LLC is a family-owned company with a clear, long-term aim to grow property value across generations through social and environmental sustainability. The company is based in Seattle, USA.

Thanks to our flat organization, we quickly track and adapt to changes – new trends, opportunities, and requirements. We maintain close dialogue with clients and partners across all parts of the business – and, importantly, close contact with our residents. We also have a broad network of subcontractors across Europe.

We have three offices in different Swedish cities.
