In these two initial projects, K-Fastigheter and ByggVesta will jointly develop and build around 500 new rental apartments in one project in Stockholm and one in Malmö. The building permit process will begin immediately with the aim of being able to start construction in the first quarter of 2027. The parties intend to develop their partnership to create good residential housing in areas with strong demand.

Our ambition is to create attractive homes that meet both today’s and tomorrow’s requirements for sustainability and quality,” says Jonas Jonsson, CEO of ByggVesta.
“Through a joint venture like this with ByggVesta, each party contributes their resources and specialist expertise. Together, we can implement projects quickly and cost-effectively.
