ByggVesta’s student housing at KTH Campus consists of two buildings — one nine-storey structure with white plastered façades and one five-storey red brick building. Together they offer 100 modern apartments, including 50 studios (25–29 m²) and 50 shared two-bedroom apartments (40 m²). The brick building’s ground-floor units have private patios facing the courtyard and its landscaped park.

Both buildings feature bright, efficient layouts and modern materials. On the courtyard, residents have access to seating areas, waste sorting facilities, and bicycle parking. Two commercial spaces on the ground floor host a café and office premises.
