A Vibrant Urban Environment

The goal of the Finlandsgatan project is to transform an underutilized area into an attractive, lively urban setting. The development will include numerous ground-floor commercial spaces that, together with the new homes, create a mixed-use and dynamic neighborhood.

Safe and Green Living

A key focus of the project is designing safe, green courtyards. To support sustainable everyday living, several mobility services will be available to residents. A mix of apartment sizes and tenure types will also help promote social diversity and long-term sustainability in the area.
