Our Sustainable Addendum to the lease sets a shared foundation for reduced climate impact and a more sustainable lifestyle – covering energy use, recycling, and social responsibility to foster safety and engagement. For example, we design our recycling rooms with extra care, provide a safety hotline, and offer perks such as discounts on renewable electricity.
