History
Right Place Right Time
ByggVesta was founded in 1951 by civil engineer Åke Eriksson in Linköping. As financial strength grew, more properties were acquired. In the 1990s, the company was purchased by the current owner family, Jonsson, who by decade’s end refocused the business on residential properties, shaping the modern ByggVesta.
Under the leadership of Jonas Jonsson, the company is well-positioned – with sustainable, safe, and affordable homes that contribute to a better society over the long term.
