Innovative Development

We primarily develop rental apartments and student housing. Some projects also include tenant-owned apartments (Brf) and condominiums. Our flexible housing concept and holistic approach make it possible to deliver a truly strong multi-family product more efficiently. We continuously look for ways to reduce environmental impact during construction and management, and together with partners we fine-tune our concepts and methods for better results. Using Stadsutvecklingsstegen, our methodology for urban developent, we systematically design sustainable living environments.
