Rental Apartments Upplands Väsby

In Upplands Väsby, ByggVesta is helping transform an industrial area of cultural and historical value into a lively new neighbourhood. Around 1,000 new homes – a mix of condominiums and rental apartments – are planned, alongside offices, preschools, and local businesses.
ByggVesta will develop approximately 200 rental apartments, with a planned construction start in 2026–2027.

The Optimus district is centrally located in Upplands Väsby, close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and healthcare services. The bus terminal and commuter train station, offering quick access to both Uppsala and Stockholm, are just a short walk away.
