Flemingsberg Student Housing

In the heart of Flemingsberg’s knowledge-driven campus, with the business world right outside the door, ByggVesta is developing approximately 800 new apartments for students, researchers, and young professionals. The first phase—417 apartments in total—will be ready for move-in by the end of April 2026, with additional move-ins taking place in stages through September 2026. Another 388 apartments in phase two are expected to be ready for move-in during the second half of 2027. It’s a modern and appealing living environment, set within a large, cohesive campus community.

Whether you’re looking for your very first apartment or something a bit larger to settle into for the long term, there’s a home here that fits your needs. Choose from four different apartment types, ranging from one to four rooms and a kitchen, all thoughtfully designed to suit different lifestyles and preferences.

Alongside the three new residential blocks, a new plaza and pedestrian pathways are also being developed. The plaza will serve as the heart of the neighborhood, offering a variety of amenities and social spaces.

The area will also include a community office and a combined lounge/study room for socializing, a spacious rooftop terrace, and a larger commercial space suitable for a restaurant or similar establishment. Around 50 garage parking spaces will be available.

The neighborhood is already home to a diverse community of students and researchers from around the world, including many who live in our earlier student housing project, Nobelus 1.
