How It Works

1. Create an account for our queue

Sign up as a home seeker (completely free) here. You can create an account from the day you turn 16. Fill in your details and upload the requested documents – quick and easy!

Rental Policy

To apply for housing with us, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a sound financial record with no payment defaults
• Have an annual gross income roughly three times the annual rent
• For student housing, provide a registration certificate

2. Register your interest

Once you’ve created your account and logged in, you can register interest in up to three available apartments at a time. Track your applications ”Mitt sökande” on Mina Sidor.

3. Viewing

If you’re among the top ten applicants by queue points, you’ll be invited to a viewing. Afterward, confirm if you’re still interested. For new builds, we can’t always offer viewings, but we usually provide videos and photos of typical units.

4. Get a lease

If you say yes, are first in line, and meet our rental requirements, you’ll receive a lease agreement. The agreement also includes a shared commitment to sustainable living, covering environmental and safety-promoting measures.
