In Lyrikparken, ByggVesta plans to build around 200 rental apartments in lively, welcoming quarters that will also include a preschool and local commercial spaces. The project is part of Ulleråker, one of Sweden’s largest urban development areas, located just south of Uppsala’s city centre.
Ulleråker is being developed into a dense, climate-smart district with approximately 7,000 new homes, surrounded by green spaces and excellent public transport connections. The area combines modern architecture with historic character, creating an urban environment where sustainable living comes naturally — cycling and public transport are the preferred ways to get around.
