This project includes around 90 planned apartments, forming part of a densification effort in the area to give young people the opportunity for a first home with high living standards. Residents will enjoy close proximity to nature while still being within walking distance of the metro and Hagsätra Centrum.

Plans also include a commercial space within the new block to serve the local community.
