Rental apartments Fagersjö

In the beautiful green surroundings of Fagersjö, ByggVesta plans to build two new residential buildings with approximately 160 apartments. The new homes will be located right next to our previous project, Teodoliten.

Fagersjö is a nature-rich area located by Lake Magelungen, which offers swimming beaches, fishing, and scenic walking trails. In winter, the lake is plowed for ice skating. Nearby you’ll find Farsta IP, which includes a sports hall, ice rink, football fields, athletics arena, and swimming pool. Just a short distance away is Ågesta outdoor recreation area, featuring illuminated trails, ski tracks, a riding school, and a 27-hole golf course with driving range.

You can walk to Högdalen or Hökarängen metro stations in about 20 minutes, or take the bus right outside your door – it’s only a 3-minute ride. The bus also connects you to Farsta, Liljeholmen, or Älvsjö, where you can transfer to the commuter rail.

In Fagersjö, you’ll find a Lidl supermarket, a fast-food restaurant, and a gas station within walking distance. A short trip to Farsta Centrum offers a wide range of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and services. You can also visit Högdalen or Hökarängen, both nearby, for more shops, cozy cafés, and local dining.
