Every building reflects the era in which it was created. A few years ago, we challenged the industry by significantly lowering rents when we seriously introduced open standard and began building rental apartments in attractive locations. By building cost-effectively and with resource awareness – without compromising on quality, care, or long-term sustainability – we can offer our residents both high quality and strong environmental profiles at reasonable rents.
On February 1, 2009, tenants moved into Trumman in Sollentuna: a multi-family building with 38 apartments constructed completely without subsidies. The block is located right next to Stinsen Shopping Center. On the ground floor there is a new preschool and the Myrorna secondhand shop.
The apartment building marks the end of a pleasant residential neighborhood between Engelbrekts väg and Industrivägen, which later became Turebergs Allé. The apartments are accessed via three stairwells with entrances from the street facing Stinsen Shopping Center. Apartments feature south-facing balconies or heated glazed loggias (for corner apartments).
The courtyard, with patios, balconies, and the preschool playground, creates a lively, green outdoor environment.
