Use the link on our website to browse units currently available. Filter by location and size to find a good fit – and check back for new listings.
2. Register your interest & due diligence
Email us an expression of interest. Our property managers or the broker for the unit will get back to you quickly to discuss the premises and prepare a draft agreement. We also review your business to ensure it’s run under fair conditions – this includes a corporate credit check (UC) and checks for prior convictions related to the company or its principals.
3. Sign the lease
When all parties agree on terms, the lease is signed. You now rent a unit for your business from ByggVesta!
4. Move-in & tenant improvements
Our property managers are available before move-in day. We lease to both first-time business owners and established companies, and we’re ready to help – whether you have small questions or need help planning your space. ByggVesta has strong relationships with contractors and can help obtain quotes and ensure your tenant improvements (TIs) meet all requirements. After move-in, our support continues – we’re never more than a phone call away, and we look forward to a long-term relationship where your business can thrive!
