During the year, we continued our long‑term development with a focus on property management, projects in production and organisational direction. The results clearly show that a systematic and persistent approach makes a difference over time.
Across our portfolio, property energy use was reduced by 12 per cent and primary energy by nearly 6 per cent. Today, 73 per cent of our properties rank within the top 15 per cent nationally in terms of energy performance.
At the same time, development continues in Flemingsberg, where Sweden’s largest student housing project currently under construction is taking shape. In parallel, we have strengthened internal collaboration through leadership development and renewed work on our vision, mission and values. This is an important foundation for long‑term value creation.
