ByggVesta builds and manages properties in central locations that are attractive to both residents and commercial businesses. Our aim is to contribute to the city’s development and to create vibrant areas surrounding our properties that offer a wide selection of shops and services. As such, we also provide functional premises for businesses that will contribute to this development. All of ByggVesta’s premises are at street level in our properties. We are receptive to our tenants' wishes and strive to create spaces that are adapted to their needs as far as possible.
We currently have premises available in Västra Hamnen in Malmö and in Sollentuna, just next to Stinsen Shopping Centre.
