ByggVesta's Partnering Concept
The basic idea is to collect all the necessary competence right from the start to materialize the project in an optimal way, with a clear distribution of roles and responsibilities throughout the whole construction process from the projecting stage, construction start to actual completion - everything necessary to ensure quick, simple and efficient completion with a minimum number of on-site working hours and good logistics solutions. At the same time, we have to be open for new thinking, and developing and implementing new creative solutions throughout the process.
ByggVesta's Partnering Concept
All ByggVesta's projects are run as turn-key projects. An extra clause is attached to the so-called turn-key agreement concerning Partnering. ByggVesta's role in the partnering cooperation is to continually scan the market for new reasonably-priced contractors producing good quality and with a stable financial situation. Then it is the turn-key contractor's role to carry out the procurements from subcontractors or arrange deliveries of materials

The close cooperation between ByggVesta and our turn-key contractor Hökerum Bygg has been and continues to be an important factor for ByggVesta's ongoing production of new rental apartments.
We help foreign contractors into the Swedish market
ByggVesta actively assists interesting new foreign contractors into the Swedish market. This can take the form of helping to make contacts with Swedish employer- and union organizations, and also to arrange help with interpreters so that, for example, a German crane operator can take the required course to get a Swedish "crane operator's licence".
We are looking for more contractors
ByggVesta is working on finding more long-term contractors who share our approach. and they should preferably based in Stockholm. An important condition in this work is that the choice of a new moderately-priced contractors should never put our quality standards, long-term operational finances or the company's goal of high customer satisfaction at risk. So we put in a lot of work into evaluating material samples, visiting reference installations, and checking into contractors' credit status both in Swedish and foreign credit institutions.
