The ByggVesta's Open Standard is based on us cooperating with selected architects, consultants, turn-key contractors and suppliers to continually standardize the company's choice of materials and solutions such as concrete elements, rendering systems, tiling, painting contractors and so on, making both Swedish and foreign contractors directly compete with each other.
An open standard also means that each property can be uniquely adapted to its location, without it costing any more to build. Thanks to ByggVesta's Open Standard, completely new opportunities are open for us to make full use of attractive locations which were previously difficult to build on.
