World class energy efficiency

By new thinking in every project and daring to break old conventions, we can build energy-efficient properties which materialize our vision of sustainability without cutting corners on financing, design or quality. We have even evolved our own CleanTech concept. This means we have the least possible climate impact, both in the construction process and in administration. 

We even have an average power consumption of half of the norms stipulated by Boverket (the Swedish Board of Housing, Building and Planning) without any increase in costs. In practice it is all about making it easy to enjoy living, with a minimal climate impact.

For example it is about using a heating system that needs as little energy as possible. But also about making teleworking easier by building in IT technology, coordinating climate-friendly transport and making high demands on our business partners. We do the projecting work, the building and we administer properties with the aim of reducing our toll on Planet Earth. All of this is based on the values that we have to contribute to promoting a society with ecological, social and economic sustainability.

This is where the holistic perspective comes in. Our way of working means that we are always trying to find new ways of reducing our impact on the environment as far as possible, in both the building process and day-to-day property administration.

By combining ventilation and heating in intelligent systems we insulate just as much as necessary. Not any more or any less. The Kajuten property in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm is the latest example of this.
