The hallmark for all our properties is that they are in attractive locations and have many attractive features such as green courtyards, disabled-friendly facilities, playgrounds and some have their own bicycle- and carpools. For us it is important that our climate thinking shows results. We make sure to only use climate-friendly construction materials and minimize material consumption during the construction phase. We recycle building waste at all our construction sites. We also put a stop to the spread of dangerous chemicals by checking what our building materials actually consist of.In the housing we build, we use as much natural material as possible such as wooden floors, tiles and floor tiles. All the white goods are also efficient and low energy. Our motto is: "if we don't know something meets our demands, we won't use it.

Active environmental thinking that shows!
For us it is important to try to reduce our total energy consumption throughout the whole life of the property. Low energy lighting, no under-floor heating and smart control systems giving a low climate impact are mandatory in all our properties. A good example, that it is possible to build properties with a low energy and environmental index, is our new Self-Heating Building in Henriksdal, Hammarby Sjöstad. Compared to traditionally-built housing, the estimated environmental and energy impact is 50% lower for our properties.
